16-Year-Old Indian Girl's AI Startup Delv.AI Raises ₹3.7 Crore in Funding

Sixteen-year-old Pranjali Awasthi, the founder of the AI startup Delv.AI, has successfully secured approximately ₹3.7 crore in funding. She founded Delv.AI in January 2022 and, influenced by her engineer father, began coding at the age of seven.
The startup, which now has up to 10 employees, utilizes artificial intelligence to improve data extraction processes and help researchers access specific information efficiently. Pranjali's entrepreneurial journey began with an internship at a research lab in Florida when she was 13, and she later joined an AI startup accelerator in Miami.
Delv.AI's beta launch on Product Hunt was highly successful, leading to investments with the company currently valued at $12 million. Pranjali is currently overseeing coding, operations, and customer service at Delv.AI.
