A new report highlights that the rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is driving significant changes in the global job market, with projected skill requirements for jobs expected to transform by at least 65% by 2030.

In India, LinkedIn data reveals a substantial increase in job postings related to AI and Generative AI, with more than a 2.5-fold rise over the past two years. These AI-related job posts have also experienced a 2.1-fold growth in applications compared to posts that do not mention AI.

Furthermore, the report notes that 98% of professionals are enthusiastic about incorporating AI into their work, with many looking forward to using AI for career guidance (75%) and handling challenging work situations (78%). HR professionals are increasingly seeing AI as a tool to simplify routine tasks, allowing them to focus on more strategic and people-centric aspects of their roles.
