An Indian AI startup, founded by two teens, secured a $2.3 million investment from Sam Altman, the creator of ChatGPT
The company's founder revealed that their journey began with sending emails to technology industry leaders
Induced AI, a startup founded by two 19-year-old entrepreneurs, Aryan Sharma and Ayush Pathak, has successfully secured $2.3 million in funding led by OpenAI co-founder Sam Altman. Aryan Sharma, the CEO of Induced AI, recently shared the story of how he managed to persuade these tech giants to invest in their startup.
In an interview on the podcast Overpowered, Sharma revealed that their journey began with sending cold emails to industry leaders, even when he was just 14 years old. Over time, they built mutual connections, including Sam Altman. Initially, Altman was preoccupied with OpenAI, but about a year later, he advised Sharma to focus on artificial intelligence. This advice eventually led to Altman's involvement with Induced AI.
Induced AI's platform allows businesses to input workflows in plain English and converts them into pseudo-code in real time for repetitive tasks typically handled by back offices. The technology utilizes Chromium-based browsers to interact with websites, even when there's no API available.
