Digital Dubai launches "Digital Assistant" to serve government employees
The "Digital Assistant" initiative utilizes AI to enhance government services in Dubai with high efficiency
Digital Dubai has unveiled the Digital Assistant initiative within the 'Smart Employee' application, leveraging generative artificial intelligence (AI) to facilitate a variety of services for government employees efficiently and accurately. This launch aligns with the directive of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, to amplify the use of AI tools to enrich Dubai's digital lifestyle.
The initiative, integrating generative AI into the Smart Employee application, aims to provide swift and easy access to services including inquiries on policies, regulations, and job-related data, embodying a significant stride towards digital enhancement in government operations.
The Digital Assistant prioritizes data privacy by adhering to top-notch cybersecurity standards, thus ensuring no data sharing or storage with external bodies. It serves as a unified digital channel, offering a unique user experience with a straightforward Q&A format within a secure environment, enabling over 70,000 government employees to access more than 30 services, and manage personal and team data effectively.
This initiative not only augments the interaction between users and digital service developers for future improvements but also reinforces Dubai's digital lifestyle, positioning it at the forefront of employing advanced AI tools in government services.
