Microsoft Outlook will soon write users' emails using AI
This enhancement will be available to corporate clients starting from November 1
Microsoft is expanding the use of artificial intelligence in its Outlook email platform, offering AI-powered assistance for writing and managing emails. The Microsoft 365 Copilot tool aims to help users craft concise and error-free emails, as well as summarize lengthy email threads to suggest quick responses.
Subscribers to Microsoft 365 Personal or Family plans will also receive advanced AI support through Microsoft Editor, which provides suggestions for improving email clarity, conciseness, inclusive language, and professionalism. This enhancement will be available to corporate clients starting from November 1. Microsoft's move towards AI integration in its productivity tools aligns with the broader trend in the tech industry.
