It now allows users to create short musical pieces known as 'riffs' by inputting lyrics and describing their desired musical style, genre, or "vibes." The company aims to harness generative AI technology to provide a creative and accessible music-making tool for individuals.

However, Riffusion is also careful not to infringe upon music rights. The startup ensures that its product does not create deepfakes and avoids recognizing famous artist names in its prompts, emphasizing responsible and ethical use of its AI technology in the music creation process.
