"The Digital Experience Show Middle East 2023" launched in Riyadh, inaugurating a forward-thinking digital business strategy event aimed at propelling Middle Eastern organizations into category leadership. This event unveiled the insightful 'Digital Experience Intelligence Report,' providing essential insights into the digital strategies and investment plans of Saudi Arabian and Middle Eastern organizations for the year 2024. Notably, the report emphasized the growing trend of increased investments in artificial intelligence (AI) and intelligent automation (IA) across the Middle East and Africa, with 81% of companies boosting their AI investments. The event highlighted the pivotal role of digital experiences in achieving a competitive edge, as technologies like AI and IA drive customer loyalty, growth, and efficiency.

Additionally, the report revealed that 68% of companies plan to invest over $200,000 in customer experience (CX) in 2024, while 28% are committed to investments exceeding $1,000,000 for the same purpose.
