SDAIA aims, through its participation in the conference, to highlight the progress that Saudi Arabia has achieved in the field of data and AI
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority, known as "SDAIA," presented its efforts in building large language models and collecting the largest Arabic dataset to serve the Arabic language during a workshop at the global EMNLP conference in Singapore. These efforts were represented by Dr. Areeb Al-Owaishiq, an AI consultant, who emphasized the importance of large language models in the field of natural language processing. Sdaia aims to enhance the Kingdom's position in the global arena of data and artificial intelligence.
Through its "Sawtak" project, Sdaia aims to convert speech into text using advanced technology, known for its high accuracy in recognizing various local dialects. It seeks to contribute to achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by transferring knowledge and applying advanced technologies in development and digital transformation.
