The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority launched a new digital identity for the "Tawakkalna" app
The application will contribute to accelerating the utilization of government services
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) has unveiled the second phase of the Tawakkalna Services app with a fresh identity and enhanced digital features. This relaunch aims to streamline government services and facilitate their delivery to users, with over 31 million users and more than 241 services offered.
The update includes a user-friendly home page, Wakeb services for real-time updates, and centralized access to personal information. This initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and demonstrates the government's commitment to digital transformation and collaboration with various agencies.
In 2022, the SDAIA introduced the upgraded Tawakkalna Services app, offering 140 services in areas such as health, education, transport, and entertainment through strategic partnerships. This initiative reflects the Saudi government's dedication to improving the quality of life in the Kingdom and expanding access to essential services, following the app's initial launch in 2020 during the pandemic to monitor curfews and facilitate essential activities like grocery shopping and exercising.
