With this integration, you can ask Bard to perform tasks like summarizing the contents of an email or highlighting key points in a document stored in Drive.

These integrations, referred to as extensions by Google, offer various use cases, helping users save time by avoiding the need to sift through a multitude of emails and documents. Currently, this feature is available only in English.

While concerns about privacy and data usage may arise when granting Bard access to personal email and documents, Google assures that this information won't be used to train Bard's public model or be reviewed by humans. Users have the option to enable or disable these integrations.
