Yahoo Mail has introduced a new AI bot to enhance email management and communication. The AI bot assists users with composing, responding to, and organizing emails. Currently in beta mode, the AI is available to Yahoo Mail iOS and desktop users in the US. To access it, users can request beta access by providing their Yahoo username.

The AI offers four distinct features: Writing Assistant, Message Summary, Search, and Shopper Saver. The Writing Assistant generates new emails based on user descriptions or suggests replies in a matching writing tone. Message Summary provides summaries of emails with important details, dates, and action items. The Search tool now supports natural language queries, making it easier to find specific emails. The Shopper Saver feature identifies unused gift cards, discount codes, and store credits in users' emails, helping them save money.
